CU Anytime Service

CU ANYTIME is your credit union's automated teller machine (ATM) service. With your CU ANYTIME card, you have access to thousands of machines worldwide for convenient cash withdrawals - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your CU ANYTIME card activates the machine. Your secret Personal Identification Number (PIN) gives you access to your accounts. You need both the card and the PIN to make the system work. Your secret PIN is also your protection against the unauthorized use of your card. Never reveal your PIN to anyone. Memorize it! DO NOT write it on your CU ANYTIME card, and do not carry it in your wallet.

Transaction Options
The following transactions can be handled quickly and conveniently at any CUAnytime, CO-OP, Pulse or Plus System Machine.

Cash Withdrawals
From either savings or checking account. Your maximum daily withdrawal limit through ATM machines is $200.

Fast Cash
$40 at the touch of a button! Push the Fast Cash /Checking / $40 button, located just below the "Withdrawal" button on the first screen, and you'll get $40.00 cash quickly from your checking account.

Balance Inquiries
Determine your balance in your Checking and Savings account.

Transfers
Transfer any dollar amount from checking to savings or savings to checking (funds must be in your account).

Pick A Pin
Don't like the Personal Identification Number assigned to you? Then select any four digit combination you want at any CUAnytime terminal.

1. Step 1: Enter your card and assigned PIN.
2. Step 2: Push Other button on first screen.
3. Step 3: Push Other button on second screen.
4. Step 4: Push Pin Change button on third screen.
5. Step 5: Enter your desired four digit number and verify it.
6. Step 6: Re-enter your new number and verify it again.
7. Step 7: Complete your transaction as usual.

Point-of-Sale Transactions
Use your CU Anytime card to pay for purchases at participating merchants and businesses in New Mexico. The account of your purchase comes directly out of your checking account. No need to write a check (just remember to enter the amount into your check register). It's safe - you verify the amount, enter your PIN into a handheld pad, and are issued a receipt for your transaction. Some merchants even allow you a limited amount of cash back. You may withdraw up to $200 per day through Point-of-Sale Transactions from your checking account only.

Deposits
At selected CU Anytime machines, you may make deposits to your credit union account. You can receive up to $200 cash back from your deposit (provided your deposit is at least that amount). Make sure you check "NMCCU" on the deposit envelope so your deposit will be properly posted. Deposits made prior to 4:00 P.M. weekdays will normally be posted to your account the same day. Deposits made after 4:00 PM, on weekends, or on holidays will be posted in the evening. All deposits are subject to physical verification before posting. You may access one Checking and one Savings Account with one card. If you need access to additional accounts, you will need to request additional cards.
