Central Access

You can reach our Central Access phone service by dialing 866-886-6228. Have your PIN handy in order to administer your accounts. Central Access is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

With Central Access automated response system, you can complete all sorts of transactions by phone, including:

  • Transfer funds between draft and savings accounts
  • Balance inquiries
  • Request loan applications and other service brochures
  • Check which drafts/checks have cleared your account
  • Request copies of share checks or statements
  • Place a stop payment order on a share draft/check
  • Learn about current Credit Union promotions, campaigns and events
